Kristina Dell’Anno
Colette Welch – Hair stylist with years of experience specializing in color and cut services, formal and bridal hair. Keratin Complex certified. Colette, her husband and their adorable daughter enjoy living at the beach and walking their spoiled dogs.
Carl Ducket – Cut and color specialist. His creativity is unmatched- even when he’s not expressing himself in hair, he’s always creating. From home decor to fashion he enjoys artistic expression. My favorite story working with Carl is the time he shipped two enormous 19th century carved oak Bishop’s thrones directly to the salon by freight carrier.
Rennie Lachica
Victoria Bowman – Hair designer customizing cut, color and perm services for men and women. She has an eye for balance and artistic expression. Ask her about the celebrity clients and special events she’s experienced over her decades as a hairstylist.
Andrea Morse – Experienced hair stylist with cut, color and styling specialities, including formal and bridal styles. After work, Andrea chases two young sons, a golden retriever and black lab. Good hair is a family value; her husband is also part of the Meridian team! Ella habla español.
Brad Morse – Cut and color specialist, Brazilian Blowout certified. He’s Hawaiian at heart, and Florida born, so San Diego was a natural choice to meet his wife and raise his family. When not busy working with his cherished hair clients, Brad enjoys travel and home DIY.
Danika Candelaria – Nail technician specializing in natural nails, spa manicures, pedicures, and shellac manicures. Danika started her career at Meridian salon over two decades ago. She enjoys San Diego restaurants, food & music festivals and travel with her wife Jen.

I was born and raised in San Diego and I have immersed myself in the beautiful world of salon ownership since 2013. I’ve seen San Diego go through many changes over the decades. Everyday I feel gratitude to lead the creative and experienced team you met above in this dynamic and pleasant city. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a small business owner watching the 21st century Downtown vision take shape.
